Eureka & Clinton

You may have “heard it through the grapevine,” or on our office phone recording that we are now holding office hours in Eureka and Clinton. But, don’t worry; we haven’t moved again! We have expanded our reach by providing services to Eureka, Clinton and their surrounding communities on alternate Thursday mornings each month.

Effective July 21st, our Bloomington office will be closed every Thursday morning as we hold office hours in the clinic space at Advocate Eureka Hospital and Dr. John Warner Hospital in Clinton. During these hours, you may still reach us by phone at our regular office number of 309-663-6338; just choose the option to be transferred to us at the clinic.

We are able to provide most of the same services in the outpatient clinic as we do in our Bloomington office, including well woman exams, office visits for problems, consultations, prenatal visits and some procedures. We are taking new patients and referrals and accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.

So, whether you are a new or established patient, we would love to see you in our Eureka or Clinton offices if that location is more convenient for you than traveling to Bloomington.
