Barry Slotky, M.D.
Dr. Barry Slotky was born and raised in Chicago and he is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is an active obstetrician, a skilled surgeon, and a good teacher. Dr. Slotky strives to keep balance in his life with daily swimming, as well as biking, flying, strength training, and playing with his dogs.
Bethelen Finley, Office Manager
Bethelen Finley started as a CNA with Dr. Slotky in 1999 and has enjoyed "growing up" in his practice. When she is not at work, Bethelen spends her time with her wonderful husband Matt; two adorable children – 7 yr. old Rachel and 6 yr. old Colin; and two crazy cats - Max and Sadie! She enjoys reading, running, and cake decorating.
Angela Lusk, R.N.
Angela Lusk spent several years as a nurse midwife in London before moving to the States where she met her wonderful husband Don. After many happy years being a stay at home mom to their daughter Summer, she is thoroughly enjoying working with pregnant mothers again! In her spare time Angela enjoys going to the opera, listening to her daughter play piano and violin and coordinating weddings at church.
Denise Martin, Medical Office Assistant
Denise Martin is a great addition to our office family. She always has a smile and a laugh to share and makes our patients feel right at home in the office. After spending many happy years raising her 3 children Tony, Joshua and Kayla (who are all now happily married!) she is enjoying time at home with her wonderful husband Rod and spoiling her new grandson!
Connie Lage, Front Desk Receptionist
Connie Lage has worked with Dr. Slotky for more than 25 years. She is the warm and friendly face that greets patients upon their arrival at the office, as well as sharing her cheerful voice on the phone. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the familiar faces of Dr. Slotky’s patients every day. Connie is a true friend of the felines – she has 5 “babies” at home: Bart, Riser, Lucy, Maggie & Miss Kitty.
